Kevin Harney urges churches to “keep trying things”. Brainstorm what your church has tried or what you’ve heard
about and could try.

Kevin Harney suggests we look for the “30-second window”: When you walk into a church building take 30
seconds to look for someone you don’t know and talk to them.  What would you say?

community with the message of Jesus on its agenda.
  • How would that look at your church?
  • Map (list) all the ministries of your church
  • Identify the opinion leader of each
  • Brainstorm ways to “rekindle passion for outreach” among those individuals
