Who Are We?
Classis Grand Rapids East is a group of 15
Christian Reformed churches in southeast
Grand Rapids.  The purpose of Classis Grand
Rapids East is to be a community of
congregations that are encouraging,
equipping, and challenging one another to be
vibrant and missional.

To learn more about a congregation click on
the name at the right. To see a map of church
locations click the
Churches of Classis button
at the left.

This website is a virtual community of the 15

Classis Renewal
Classis Grand Rapids East is engaged in a
Clsssis Renewal process to assess what we are
and what we want to be.  Representatives from
each congregation met
several times to think
about our community of churches. A
summary
report on the process is available for review.
Ministry Guidelines were approved in May
2009.  Expectations of congregations are
outlined in this
letter.
